Here is my article that has recently been published in the journal Science, Public Health and the Law, Institute of Pure and Applied Knowledge. The article is titled ‘Misapplication of the Precautionary Principle has Misplaced the Burden of Proof of Vaccine Safety.’
This latest publication demonstrates that governments are misusing the precautionary principle in the design of government health policies. This principle can only protect human health if the burden of proof of harmlessness for vaccines is on the government and pharmaceutical companies, and not the general public. However, governments have reversed this principle and are placing the burden of proof that vaccines do not cause harm onto the general public.
In this format governments can ignore the evidence that the community provides and then claim that this harm is just a ‘coincidence’ after vaccination. This means government ‘health’ policies that promote vaccines will be protecting the vested interests of industry ($millions) and not the health of the community on whom they are being forced.
Claiming adverse-health outcomes after vaccination is a ‘coincidence’ is not evidence-based medicine and governments are not monitoring the health of every vaccinated child to evaluate the health outcomes of vaccination programs.
The health of children and adults has significantly declined with many neurological disorders, autoimmune diseases, cancers and deaths and this is directly correlated to the increased use of vaccines on the government’s national program. Whilst correlation is not causation it is the government’s duty of care to ensure that it is not promoting harmful information about health to the public. This is a crime under the International Criminal Code and on 17 November the heads of many governments were indicted for crimes against humanity under this international code.
