Australian States Mandate COVID-19 Injections for Jobs and Domestic Travel:
Jabs for Jobs and Jabs for Domestic Travel to some states have been implemented in Australia and states such as NSW, Qld, and Victoria have banned unvaccinated people from many shops, restaurants and clubs – including sports clubs.
This has happened despite Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, saying that all COVID-19 injections would be a fully informed consent by the individual, without coercion. This is required under Australia’s Health Acts because there is no law in any health act that validates coercive vaccination as a legitimate public health policy.
As Minister for Social Services in 2015, Scott Morrison linked coercive childhood vaccinations to welfare benefits and early childhood education (No Jab No Pay/Play for under 5’s) but when the public requested the scientific report that he relied upon for this policy it was refused under the Freedom of Information Laws.
When this legislation was passed in Social Services in 2015 there were no health laws to validate this coercion as being for a legitimate public health purpose. This means that the government has no jurisdiction to remove human rights in social services policies because there is no legitimate health reason to do so.
