The Australian Government’s Involvement in a Federal Crime in a Vaccination Court Case
On the 24th September 2018, Peter McIntyre, the government representative of Australia’s vaccination research program for 20+ years, was drafted into a vaccination court case in the Federal Circuit Court. This occurred out of proceedings. That is, seven weeks after the case was first due to be heard in court (1 August 2018).
This hearing was postponed by the lawyer representing the government’s case on 1 August 2018. This enabled them to bring Peter McIntyre into the case and they re-scheduled the hearing for 12 December 2018.
However, on the 23rd September 2018, a day before Peter McIntyre submitted his affidavit for this re-scheduled court hearing, my confidential expert witness report was leaked and quoted in the Australian mainstream media. Peter McIntyre was also quoted in this Sydney Morning Herald article providing lies and defamatory statements about my qualifications.
The lawyer for my client advised me that the leaking of my affidavit was a federal crime and that it is punishable with up to one year in jail. I reported this crime to the Australian Federal Police (AFP) on 22 January 2019 and they have not investigated this crime.
Peter McIntyre submitted his affidavit for this court case on 24 September 2018 – a day after my affidavit and his comments were quoted in the Sydney Morning Herald article. His affidavit was representing the government’s case for mandating 12-16 vaccines in Australian children but he did not present any evidence in his affidavit that refuted the arguments I had provided in my affidavit and he presented false and misleading information in his sworn affidavit.
This is the reason why my affidavit was leaked to the mainstream media. Peter McIntyre could not defend the government’s position of mandatory vaccination in the Australian Federal Circuit Court. The leaking of my affidavit resulted in the court case being cancelled because my client was told that she would lose the custody of her four children if she contested the vaccination issue in court.
Peter McIntyre has continued to attack my research with false and misleading information in publications in industry-funded journals and he refused to publicly debate my research in October 2015 at the University of Technology Sydney – along with ~45 other public health officials and government ministers. This was before mandatory vaccination policies were implemented in Australia.
The Court Case for Dr. John Piesse a Medical Practitioner
In 2018 I was employed to be an expert witness for Dr. John Piesse, a medical practitioner, who the Medical Board of Australia (MBA) alleged was providing exemptions to vaccination that were not valid. Dr. John Piesse is a doctor with forty years experience in giving vaccines and he maintains that he has always provided exemptions to vaccines in compliance with the MBA’s guidelines. His case was due to be heard in court on the 9 April 2018.
I submitted my expert witness report for this court case in March 2018 but the case was never heard in court.
The Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Authority (AHPRA) and the Victorian Police raided Dr. John Piesse’s offices in September 2019 and removed his computers, accounting and diagnostic files.
The Victorian Health Minister, Jill Hennessy, who has no health qualifications, provided defamatory comments about Dr. John Piesse in the mainstream media and he was suspended from practicing medicine without this issue being addresssed in the Australian courts.
The Australian Skeptic’s Corporate Lobby Group
This behaviour by government and regulatory bodies is removing the autonomy of doctors to act in the public’s best interest – a breach of their hippocratic oath to practice medicine.
In addition, it is allowing health ministers who are being informed by industry-lobby group activists (the Australian Skeptics Inc/SAVN and Friends of Science in Medicine) to denegrate doctors who demonstrate integrity by speaking on behalf of their patient’s best interests in vaccination.
The Australian Skeptics Incorporation is a non-scientific organisation that uses scientists to promote industry-funded vaccination research at Skeptic conferences and pub meetings. This research is biased pro-vaccine information that ignores the risks of vaccines and dismisses them as ‘anti-vaccination’.
Prominant skeptic subscribers of these industry-associated lobby groups that present false and misleading information include Dr. John Cunningham, Dr. Kruszelnicki, Dr. Rachael Dunlop, Dr. David Hawkes – all of whom are given ready access to the media to present their one-sided information. This results in indoctrination not education of the public.
Other subscribers/members such as Ken McLeod, Peter Bowdich, Peter Tierney, Paul Gallagher, Daniel Raffael, Matthew Berryman, Christine Bayne and Chrys Stevenson have no qualifications in public health but have set up Skeptic blogs to promote vaccines and to denigrate any parent or professional who supports the right to choice in the use of vaccines.
These blogs have deceptive names such as ReasonableHank, Losing in the Lucky Country, The Skeptics Book of Pooh Pooh, Diluted Thinking in Australian HealthCare and they defame academics and professionals who question vaccines. Businessman Dick Smith set up the Australian Skeptics Inc in 1980 with the aim of influencing public behaviour on scientific issues in the mainstream media and on social media.
These activists have played a role in preventing Dr. Sherri Tenpenny and Polly Tommey from coming to Australia to speak on the risks of vaccines. In 2017 Polly Tommey was banned by the Australian government for 3 years from coming to Australia because of her involvement in making the film Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe. A film that demonstrates how the causal link between vaccines and autism has been hidden from the public.
However this ban has just been over-turned in the Australian Federal Court with the claim that it was a “jurisdictional error’.
Industry lobby groups are given unlimited access to all mainstream media to promote vaccines to the public even when they do not have any qualifications in public health. In contrast myself and many other academics and doctors have been denied access to the mainstream media to present the scientific evidence that questions the safety and efficacy of vaccines.
Industry lobby groups are also using the Mia Freedman ‘Mamamia’ website to promote vaccines to the public.
The Australian Skeptics/SAVN, a non-scientific organisation are also being permitted to use the official channels for debate to present their false and biased information on vaccines without the other side of this debate being presented or debated. This includes the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA) that runs the Australian Immunisation Conference that is 100% funded by industry and the government.
These strategies have removed the autonomy of doctors to practice medicine in Australia for fear of their reputations and their registration with their professional boards. This political situation has resulted from the donations and lobbying system that allows well funded industry-lobby groups access to politicians. These politicians are being misinformed about vaccines with biased scientific information and this is being used to make public health policy in Australia that includes mandatory vaccination.
This has resulted in the removal of human rights in Australia as well as harm to the health of Australians and to the genetic fabric of the Australian population. Please forward this to family and friends so they can make an informed decision about their use of vaccines.

These ingredients and more are present in vaccines and the vaccination schedule has expanded to 16 vaccines requiring 52 doses from birth to adolescence.
And the ‘new norm’ – allergies, anaphylaxis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), autoimmune disorders (diabetes, childhood rheumatoid arthritis, arthritis, multiple schlerosis etc.), thrombocytopenia purpura (ITP), autism, speech delay, neurological disorders, encephalopathy, meningitis, ADHD, childhood cancers, and many more…..
But your doctor will inform you that this is ‘just a coincidence‘ because the MBA and the Australian government have never funded a causality study that would disprove this association. That is, a study that uses an inert placebo in the unvaccinated trial group to prove the safety of each vaccine over an appropriate time period that includes the delay in the appearance of these diseases – or the safety of the combination of vaccines on the government schedule:
